The Indictment of Barack Hussein Obama II
PART I
I am a loyal and upright American. It is not my intent to slander or demean anyone, nor is it my intent to bash the President or any duly-elected official of any nation. What many people do not know or have refused to believe is that our current US President is not legally President of the United States of America based on his birth in Kenya and his citizenship in Indonesia. His school records shows him to be a foreign student and his passport declares that he is a citizen of Indonesia.
I am a friend of the Obamas, a friend of Madelyn L. Dunham to be exact, and so my knowledge of the circumstances surround Barack Hussein Obama II, aka Barry Soetoro, is better than most people.
The purpose of this topic is to discuss and to discover what other people know about Barack Hussein Obama II. And as in my posting guidelines, I am asking that people be civil and not use this forum as a place to argue with other people or as a place by which to slander and demean anyone.
We live in a free country, which permits the freedom of speech. This right should not be abused and as long as it is not abused people can publish almost anything that they wish.
1. It is known that Barack Obama's mother went to Kenya to visit Barack Obama, Senior, and his family and to ask Barack Obama, Senior, and his family for financial support for Stanley Ann's about to be born child, later named, Barack Hussein Obama II.
2. It is known that the airline did not allow her to get on the flight back to Hawaii, due to her near-term pregnancy, and so Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Mombasa Hospital. Stanley Ann called home and spoke to her mother, who then filed the birth notices in the newspapers and applied for a birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama II. It is, also, possible and highly likely that Madelyn L. Dunham signed the application in her daughter's name, as Stanley Ann Dunham.
3. Even if Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Hawaii, he loses his citizenship when his step-father adopts him and Barack Hussein Obama II goes to school in Indonesia as Barry Soetoro. Who, on official school records, is a citizen of Indonesia and a Muslim. Barry Soetoro, as a child, is seen going to a Muslim Mosque for prayers with his adopted step-father Lolo Soetoro by childhood friends.
4. Our nation's laws should be strictly adhered to especially with regard to our election laws and that a person running for the office of the President should be a natural born citizen. Something which Barack Hussein Obama II is not.
5. Barack Hussein Obama II's legal status in our nation is that of an illegal alien. He could qualify for British and Kenyan citizenship based on his natural father's citizenship. And it is likely that Barack Hussein Obama II used the name of Barry Soetoro and Indonesian citizenship at the age of 20 to obtain a passport to travel to Pakistan. This would, again, disqualify him for the office of the President as well as from his senate seat from Illinois.
Legally, Barack Hussein Obama II is an illegal alien in our nation (USA). So, my question is does anyone have anything to add and what are the pros and cons of having an illegal alien as our President. Can this man do the job as President or would this, his being an illegal alien, hinder him in any way. What of his maturity and capacity for making good decisions and judgment. Would this man in any way be hindered?
Would he like the Bush administration take our nation into a needless and illegal war all over again?
PART II
Would Barack Hussein Obama II's judgment be hindered in anyway where he could not make sound decisions as an illegal-alien US President, fearing every shadow?
And in the Obama administration is there enough sunshine to ask the President such questions directly and to insure that he answers completely, honestly, and truthfully.
If China's current succession emperor as a family friend asked President Obama for official recognition, for US Secret Service protection, and for rights as guaranteed to a foreign and visiting diplomat under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961 (which he is entitled to as China's emperor in exile) and Obama turned down this request and China's Emperor in exile was then later murdered in our nation, could this international incident have been prevented by our President if he exercised a bit more caution and prudence?
